We will ONLY accept returns/exchanges/warranty replacements only if the product is ordered directly from us.

Returns for Refund
Refund will be issued to the Credit Card or PayPal account that was used to make the purchase ONLY. Items MUST be unused and in original packaging. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund, we are not responsible for return shipping unless we have shipped the wrong item (a picture of the item shipped will be required). All items that have been printed with our standard designs will have a 20% re-stocking fee, any customized (personalized) items are not eligible for refunds.

Please allow 3-5 days after receipt of return to be processed. Customers will received en email confirmation on the return has been completed.
We want to be sure our customers get the item that they want and need, so please let us know if a different model or style is needed. Exchanges can be done within 30 days of delivery. Items MUST be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to be sure that we have the new item in stock and the model/style you need. Customer is responsible for returning the item before the exchange is processed.
